How does a person with a felony record be able to rent a place to live?

Unfortunately my oldest done something stupid & was charged with felony charges (all because she let her anger get the better of her instead of thinking). Now that she is out of jail she needs to find a place to live (can't live with me due to she always argues with my younger children & myself). How can she find somewhere to live with having these felony charges on her record?
