AM I IN EARLY LABOR at 39 weeks pregnant?

so I am 39 weeks pregnant. Being induced on sunday. This tuesday i was 1cm dilated. on thursday(yusterday) i was 3cm and my doctor stripped my membranes a lil bit he said. it didnt hurt just uncomfortable. & last night my stomach would get hard like 5 times an hour with light pain and heavy pain on my back.. right now i feel pain on my lower back but the bh have not gotten harder. with my first son my doctor stripped my membranes on monday and on tuesday at 3pm baby was born. but i remember that being a lil painful and seeing blood in his finger but not this time. any guesses? on if this might be early labor?
