Someone blows off a dui?

a friend got a dui..crashed the car drunk. Was given a find and diversion. For one year he blew it off. Did not pay the find, did not do the victims panel or sign up for the alcohol treatment program as told. The court put out a warrant and now he is in jail. Anyone know what the Judge can do or will do? Did that kill his diversion?
