This girl threatened me. can i still get her thrown in jail?

I hooked up with this girls bf and she sent me a message saying "..you won't get away with it...I won't rest until you get what you deserve" something like that. But a couple weeks later she sent a message she she was sorry for reacting like that and that she'd never actually hurt me. Can she still go to jail?
