Does this sound a bit off to you?

So I'm driving back from a piano practice and I see a red van with tons of bumper stickers of crucifixes. It is parked in a restricted area, and there's a scrawny man in a smock standing outside with a camera. There's a little boy in the passenger's seat, and when I look at him, he scurries inside and drives away.
