Testicular atrophy. Is there any hope of treatment and reproduction in the future?

I'm guessing you were trying to have kids and saw the doctor because of not conceiving. If there are no germ cells there are no structures to make sperm. I don't know that testicular atrophy can be reversed. I don't believe there is any treatment that would permit you to make viable sperm. Sorry.
