I installed secret cameras in my neighbors home and..?

Long story short, my neighbors wife is SUPER hot, and I did a roofing job in their home. I installed some small hidden cameras that send a video to my home where i record it. I sometimes pleasure myself to them making love..I know this is wrong and I need help, but I can't stop..How can i tell them without going to jail? I have a wife and kids and I don't want to leave them...HELP please.
