Help???!!!! i think my cat is in labor!?

shes been acting weird all day. ive expected her to give birth for a while now. shes been sleeping on her back for most of the day. a few minutes ago i saw something coming out of her. the only way i can describe it is it looks like a small whitish grayish membrane. is this normal?
