In the Navy and I'm Bipolar?

So I swore into the Navy a few months ago and I leave for bootcamp on August 24th. I also just found out I'm Bipolar. I told the people at meps I wasn't because I didn't know at the time, so now what? Should I tell my recruiter about my new condition? Or should I just wait till bootcamp and see what happens? I don't want to be sent to jail for not telling anyone, could I get in trouble for this? What should I do?
